As Client Relationship Specialist in our Hermitage office, Jill assists clients with processing payments, general account maintenance, and any questions or concerns regarding their financial accounts.
Providing front-desk assistance to our Camp Hill and Lancaster teams, Kate is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling client appointments, prepping for client meetings, and assisting other Client Relationship Specialists as needed.
We are pleased to congratulate Business Retirement Plan Advisor, Ted Rhinehart, AIF®, CPFA, QKA, on achieving the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, which recognizes a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary duty, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary, and a process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility.
Tax Document Delivery: Our wealth management team has begun the process of uploading tax forms from our four primary custodians for all clients with an online portal. Forms are posted by account number and will be posted as they become available (accounts not managed by JFS are not included in this process).
If your accountant has a JFS portal and has been granted access to your account information, they will also be able to retrieve your documents. For those who have not yet granted permission to your accountant and would like to do so, you may request an Authorization to Share Information form from your service team.
If you do not have an online portal but would like to start receiving the benefits of electronic delivery, you may sign up by visiting www.jfswa.com/go-digital. Selection of electronic delivery includes a JFS client portal for secure document exchange in addition to electronic delivery of JFS correspondence and performance reports.
