Karen Abusaleh joins our Hermitage office as Tax and Accounting Manager, where she monitors tax law changes, develops planning strategies for individuals and businesses, and manages overall completion of tax-related client projects. Karen has over 30 years of experience in a range of industries such as entertainment, government, manufacturing, and public accounting.
Gina Beach also joins our Hermitage office as HR Manager and is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and comes to JFS with more than 20 years of HR experience.

We are pleased to congratulate Joseph Salmen, CFP®, a Client Relationship Specialist in our Hermitage office, on earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation, a formal recognition of expertise in the areas of financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and retirement. CFP® professionals are held to strict ethical standards as outlined in the CFP Board Code of Ethics, which can be found on the CFP Board’s website.
Please join us in congratulating Debra Meixell, FPQPTM, Client Relationship Specialist in our Berwyn office, on receiving the Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalTM certification. Individuals who hold the FPQPTM designation have completed a course of study encompassing the financial planning process, the five disciplines of financial planning, and general financial planning concepts.
DocuSign Rollout: We are excited to announce the implementation of DocuSign, a new firm-wide software used to request electronic signatures for your documents. The DocuSign system enhances the signing process by significantly reducing the amount of paperwork clutter involved with signing important documents in a timely manner. It also allows you to access and sign your documents securely from multiple devices and locations. Clients with electronic delivery authorization on file will automatically benefit from the new system.
