As a Client Service Specialist, Amy is responsible for effective preparation and processing of client account paperwork, cashiering, account service and data entry alongside providing friendly assistance to Client Relationship Specialists, Associate Wealth Advisors, Wealth Advisors and clients with specific operations support.
Amy brings 20 years of exceptional customer service and management experience to her role from her time in retail. Prior to working for JFS, she was a New Business Assistant Manager with TLC Insurance Group & Wealth where she assisted clients, maintained up-to-date records, and liaised with agents.
With an active, outdoors family, Amy loves to go camping, kayaking and hiking with her husband and 2 children to discover new places. Amy is an advocate for adoption and animal rescue.
