As a Retirement Plan, Institutional Support Specialist, Jessica is responsible for providing our Business Retirement Plan team support with client issues, preparing documents, completing data entry, processing deposits, preparing enrollment materials, and providing any other administrative support as required.
Prior to joining JFS, Jessica worked for a Third-Party Administrator providing extensive administration related to retirement plans. In addition, she has experience working as a Senior Financial Service Associate in the banking sector where she interacted regularly with clients supporting and maintaining business accounts.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends. She keeps busy with her daughter, who is active in sports and with a variety of pets. She enjoys reading and short hikes around local trails. She also enjoys spending time at her family cabin in the mountains to relax around a campfire.
