As Client Relationship Specialist, Karen is responsible for interfacing with clients on a regular basis by providing administrative functions and asset management support for our team of advisors. Karen assists clients with their day-to-day account needs, including monitoring and budgeting expenses, communicating with custodians, and maintaining appropriate documentation and records.

Bringing over 16 years of industry experience, Karen joined JFS through the 2013 merger with HL Zeve Associates, where she served as Operations Manager. At Zeve, in addition to assisting clients with their various financial needs, Karen was also responsible for firm’s Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. She also assisted the Advisors with trading & rebalancing portfolios.

She is a graduate of Robert Morris University (PA), where she obtained her Degree in Business Administration.

Karen currently resides in Bethel Park, PA. She spends most of her free time spending time with her husband and six grandchildren, or entertaining her family & friends.
