Kristin L. Cooper

As Operations Manager, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the firm’s strategic goals and initiatives. She also works closely with our team of Client Relationship Specialists to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.

Kristin brought with her 12 years of experience when she joined JFS in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Compliance Officer and HR Manager for FEIC Financial, Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio, where she was responsible for company policy and supervision. Kristin was also the Assistant Operations Director for an independent broker dealer for several years.

She resides in McDonald, Ohio with her husband, son and their crazy dogs, Holtz and Rees. In her spare time, she can be found attending her son’s activities, reading, or crafting. When it’s time to get away, Kristin enjoys her annual family vacation to Cape May, NJ.
