Lauren Petrarulo

As Client Relationship Specialist, Lauren works closely with clients on a regular basis, assisting them with questions or account-related needs. She also supports multiple custodians to process requests, such as deposits, distributions, new account processes, or account maintenance. Lauren is deeply committed to providing every client the accessibility, expertise, and assistance they deserve to meet their financial goals.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from John Carroll University, with a major in Finance and minor in Theology and Religious Studies. Before joining JFS, Lauren worked at Standard Bank for over two years as a Community Banking Center Representative, managing customer requests, opening personal, business, and estate accounts, and obtaining experience in home equity loan applications.

Lauren currently resides in Mt. Lebanon, PA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her brother’s Golden doodle, Charlie, or watching classic vintage movies and TV shows.
