As Technology Manager, Michael works closely with firm resources and team members on a regular basis, assisting with various questions they may have regarding information technology. His day-to-day efforts involve working with vendors to make sure operations run smoothly while maintaining the security of JFS’ systems and data. His passion for technology, customer service, solving problems, and leading team efforts is one of the driving forces for his chosen career.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate Degree in Information Sciences and Technology, both from Penn State University.
Prior to joining JFS, Michael held positions at various technology companies covering everything from customer support to systems engineering. Most recently, he worked for a dental service organization which managed over 200 dental locations across the United States.
When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, diving into home improvement projects, cars, and traveling.
