
Nicole Imblum
As a Service Support Manager, Nicole supports the Client Service Specialist (CSS) and Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) teams to ensure the smooth running of the customer service provided to clients. Nicole works as a resource for the team by providing training, mentoring and compliance.
With almost a decade of experience in managerial and training roles, Nicole worked as a Department and Training Manager at the North American Dental Group prior to joining JFS. In this role she supported a team of sixty by providing coaching, training, and mentoring alongside developing and implementing new processes.
Nicole enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking her favorite recipes, watching football and a round of golf.
