Having joined the team in 2002, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory, utilizing her extensive experience to navigate the complexities of business operations. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Chatham University, Pittsburgh, PA, Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. She earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® designation and was part of the first certifying examination in 2006 by the National Regulatory Center for Compliance Professionals. In 2007, Laura earned a Master’s Degree in Management with an emphasis in Leadership from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School at The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. She previously served on the national advisory board for Tamarac, Inc., and is a member of the Dimensional Fund Advisors Chief Operating Officer Forum, the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and the Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board honorary societies.
Laura dedicated over 15 years to Junior Achievement of Western PA, where she contributed as a Board Member and classroom volunteer. She took on leadership roles in various organizations, serving as the Hermitage Business Association’s President, a Hermitage Planning Commission member, and a Board Member for the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce, Shenango Valley Professionals, and OhanaLink Technologies. Additionally, Laura was involved in the Women’s Leadership Initiative of the United Way of Mercer County.
Laura lives with her husband in Hermitage, PA, and has four children. While not at work, Laura enjoys reading, crafting, walking, and bicycling.
