Ryan Tiesi, CPA, CFA

As the Chief Financial Officer for JFS, Ryan is responsible for the overall financial management of the firm, including the development of financial strategies and oversight of all accounting and finance-related activities.

Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting. He also earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Pennsylvania and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® (CFA) designation. Ryan is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and CFA Institute.

Prior to joining JFS, Ryan worked in Ernst and Young’s financial services practice for nine years, leaving as a senior manager. There he managed audits for clients in the banking, private equity, and healthcare industries. His clients included Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filers, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Ryan currently resides in Franklin Park, PA with his wife and young son. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the company of family and friends and spending time on the golf course.
